Stage V engines

All CMGS designed/built generators use stage V compliant engines which have been tested and proven.

Smaller 45kW

The smaller 45kW generators use an engine which is supplied in a complete, pre-assembled solution, including flywheel, pre-installed ATS (DOC (Diesel Oxidisation Catalyst) + DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter)) for Stage V / Tier 4F compliance. There is no adblue requirement for this engine due to it being <56kW.

≥ 200kW generator

The ≥ 200kW generators use a robust engine design which complies with Stage V emission levels when coupled with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) technology. Along with a particulate filter and an oxidation catalytic converter, this helps to reduce the NOx and particle content in the exhaust gases.
